The 642-105 IUM Implementing Cisco Unified Messaging exam tests a candidate's knowledge of how to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Messaging. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the AUM and IUM Administering Cisoc Unified Messaging and Implementing Cisco Unified Messaging courses.
Cisco 642-105 Unity Support Specialist can install, configure, operate and maintain a Cisco Unified Messaging 5.0 system in both stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments. It is highly recommended that candidates for certification also have experience and knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino and Linux environments.
